Spain, the epicenter of global Floorball: 3v3 World Floorball Championships in 2026
From the most vibrant stages of European Floorball, a new international event is approaching... Spain is getting ready to experience one of the most exciting moments for the sport in 2026, a before and after for national Floorball. THE EXCITEMENT IS SERVED!
The Spanish Unihockey and Floorball Association (AEUF) is pleased to announce that Spain has been officially selected to host the 2026 3v3 Floorball World Championship. This designation represents a historical milestone for the development of floorball in our country and will be a true turning point for our sport, placing us on the global map as hosts of an unprecedented event.
Following the successful editions in Lahti (Finland) 2024 and Winterthur (Switzerland) 2025, our country takes over as the host of this exciting competition format, characterized by its breakneck pace, sporting equality, and maximum accessibility.
With the motto “It’s our turn”, Spain will welcome national teams from all over the world in a celebration that combines sport, culture, and fair play. Preparations are already underway; the event will take place in June 2026, and the AEUF is working to ensure that this event leaves its mark both on and off the court.
Do you want to be a protagonist beyond the stands?
A special volunteer recruitment drive has been opened to actively participate in the event. Individuals passionate about sports, organization, and teamwork can join this unique experience from the inside.
How to participate?
You can now register for the BeVolunteer program. Additionally, an official platform will soon be enabled where players, clubs, volunteers, and institutions can register as part of the organizing team.
